We provide parts to service our trailers. If you have a broken or lost part that you would like to replace, the easiest way to get help is to email us a photo of the problem and we will identify the part/solution. We have included the most common part requests on this page. For other request, please call our toll free number: 866-584-9452. PLEASE NOTE: Orders outside Canada and the Continental US must be ordered by phone so that shipping charges can be accurately quoted. Some quick notes before you checkout: You will be visiting our secure ordering page at InternetSecure. After you enter your credit card details and complete your payment, you will return to our site. You will have the opportunity to enter an alternative shipping address after the transaction is complete. Canadian residents will have 5% GST added to their order. Ontario residents will have 5% GST and 8% PST added to their order. Return Policy

Wike Products have a 15 day money back Guarantee. If you wish to return your Wike, for whatever reason, simply return it to us and we refund the purchase price. We do not refund shipping. Let us know if you would like to return your trailer and we will send you the shipping labels

Warranty

Wike Products have a lifetime frame warranty plus a one year part replacement warranty. If a part is defective in manufacture we will replace it free of charge. If you lose a part, we ship it next day and ask you to pay for it. We service what we sell, just call or email us.
